We were born from an auditing firm with a global presence, and over the years we have made great strides as professionals in accounting, payroll, and social insurance.
1983
Started as an accounting and payroll service group at the Arthur Andersen Tokyo office.
2000
Branched off as Arthur Andersen Business Outsourcing, a subsidiary of Asahi Audit Corporation.
2002
Renamed to KPMG Asahi Outsourcing Ltd.
2004
Spun off from the KPMG Group and established as AP Outsourcing Ltd.
2006
Relocated head office to Iidabashi Bldg.
2006
Established APO-Tax Corporation and APO-Social Insurance Consultants Corporation.
2007
The Payroll Service Division received ISMS (ISO27001) certification.
2007
Entered into a business alliance with ADP, a leading U.S. payroll service provider.
2010
Expanded to providing consulting services overseas.
2015
Expanded to Kagurazaka Office.
2020
Received a report from an auditing firm that complies with the assurance engagement standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) No. 3402.
2022
The Payroll Service Division received ISMS Cloud Security Certification (ISO27017).
